What we collect

When you complete our financial readiness assessment or contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and company name you provide, your answers to the assessment questions, and basic technical information such as the page you arrived from, campaign parameters in the URL, your browser type and your approximate country.

Why we collect it

To score your assessment and show you a result, to contact you about your inquiry, to decide whether our services are a fit for your situation, and to understand which marketing channels bring us people we can help.

How we store it

Assessment and contact submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in Cloudflare’s network. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of Switch Business Consulting and protected by Cloudflare Zero Trust authentication.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers — hosting, scheduling and email — that process data on our behalf and only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@switchbusinessconsult.com to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We will act on the request promptly.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. If you arrive from a paid campaign, the advertising platform may set its own cookies subject to its policies. Scheduling pages embedded from a third-party calendar provider operate under that provider’s privacy policy.
